Can I switch to another game later?
Yes, at no extra cost, as long as your plan has the memory the other game needs. Pick another game in the panel and your server reinstalls with it, on the same plan and resources. Back up anything you want to keep first, because switching replaces the server's files.
Which plan do I need?
It depends on the game and how many players you expect. Each game page recommends a plan to start with. Not sure? Start smaller: you can upgrade any time, with no downtime.
Can I run more than one server on a plan?
Yes, with splits. Divide your plan into separate servers, each with its own console, files and configuration, for example a proxy, a lobby and a few game modes.
Where are your servers?
In 12 locations across Europe, North America, Oceania and Asia. The order page measures the ping from your device and picks the fastest location for you, and you can move your server later from the panel.
How fast is my server ready?
Right after payment. Servers are set up automatically and there is never a setup fee.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal and several other options. Prices are in euros by default, and the store can also show AUD, CAD, GBP and USD.
