Which plan
do I need?
Not sure? Start smaller: you can upgrade any time, and your files stay as they are.
- The community wiki suggests 8 GB, and 16 GB for big late-game factories or more than 4 players.
- The game sets the player limit to 4 by default, and higher values are not recommended.

How do players join my Satisfactory server?
In the game, open the Server Manager, choose Add Server and enter your server’s IP and game port. The getting started guide also shows how to add the second (reliable) port the game needs.
How fast is my Satisfactory server ready?
Right after payment.
Can I switch from Satisfactory to another game later?
Yes, at no extra cost, as long as your plan has the memory the other game needs. Pick another game in the panel and your server reinstalls with it, on the same plan and resources. Back up anything you want to keep first.
Which location should I pick?
The one with the lowest ping for most of your players. The order page measures ping from your device and picks the fastest location for you; you can move your server to another location later from the panel.
Can I move my existing Satisfactory server to Wepwawet?
Yes. The panel can import files from another server over SFTP, and our team can help: open a ticket in Discord.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrades do not stop your server or change its files; restart it to use the extra resources.
